Prices
From £175.00 to £396.00  (245€ to 555€) per week depending on the cottage, dates and seasons.  A 10% discount is offered to those staying a fortnight; extra discount given to regular customers.  Off season flexibility applies for staying less than a week.

Terms and Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid when booking.  The balance plus a security deposit amounting to £72.00 ( 100€ ) is payable 8 weeks before rental period commences otherwise reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment. Water and electricity charges are  included in the price  from May Ist until Sept 15th * and a refund of the Security deposit minus extras ( sheets, continental quilt, household linen ), damages and  cleaning charges if they  apply is made  15 days after the end of your stay. *Other dates may require heating and we have to make a charge for this.

Payment:
The deposit is not refundable if you cancel your booking. We accept cheques in Sterlings but we rather prefer Euros. Bank transfers ( in € )  are possible. Please contact me for further details.

If required the following are available:  bed linen (continental quilt, pair of sheets, household linen), cot and bbq equipment. 

Sorry no pets and no smoking inside the cottages.

The best way is to drive along the River Loire (right bank) and to cross the River Loire at Chaumont-sur-Loire (1 bridge only in a small village - Chaumont-Pontlevoy: 12km....but avoid crossing in Blois (3 bridges) a larger city where you may get lost.

Direct to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps (1hr) is the best station for T.G.V trains, situated very close to Tours (shuttle service train to Tours).  You can book and hire a car from there.  Normal trains from Paris to Tours are frequent and Onzain station after Blois is the best stop (2hr 15mins).  Taxi to Pontlevoy (15km)
